Entrepreneur, executive & board leader
Luay Khoury brings over 42 years of experience in construction management, engineering, technology and training across the Middle East, the USA and Canada.
He is the Founder and CEO of Arcan Ventures, Founder of Arcan Academy, and Co-Founder and Chair of AIM 3D. He serves on corporate and philanthropic boards, including as Chair and Founding Member of The Palestinian Museum.
As Co-Founder and CEO of Projacs International, Luay built what his biography describes as the region’s largest Project and Construction Management firm, overseeing more than 120 projects valued at over US$30 billion.
He founded Projacs Academy, the first Middle East-based certified center of excellence for project management training, and led Projacs’ acquisition by Egis International between 2015 and 2020.
